Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Kafur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Kafur, Katsina State. The job is in a toolroom. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits.
