Now hiring: waterproofing applicator (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Clay County, Missouri. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
