Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Walton County, Florida. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
