Paint and prep technician — Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Brown County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
