Thermal insulation technician — Odukpani

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Odukpani, Cross River State. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Six days a week, one day off.
