Tig welder — Michika

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tig welder in Michika, Adamawa State. The job is on an industrial construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE Pay around ₦650 per hour, based on your experience.
