CNC mill setter-operator — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Monroe County, Missouri. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
