Heavy equipment operator • Worcester County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Worcester County, Massachusetts. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
