Overlocker operator wanted in Owen County

Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Owen County, Indiana. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
