Render and set plasterer — Hyde County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Hyde County, North Carolina. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. On the job you will handle: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Six days a week, one day off.
