Painter and decorator — Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Adams County, Ohio. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
