Powder coating technician — Wake County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Wake County, North Carolina. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
