Tile mason — Hoonah-Angoon Census Area

The role involves: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls You should have: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
