Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Haskell County, Oklahoma. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
