Powder coating operator wanted in Morgan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Morgan County, Illinois. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
