Cake decorator — Delaware County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Delaware County, Indiana. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
