Dough maker — Northampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
