CNC mill setter-operator — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Clay County, Mississippi. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Six days a week, one day off.
