Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
