Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Johnson County, Arkansas. You will be based at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters On a typical shift you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. Pay around $4,250 per project, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
