Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Miami County, Indiana. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
