We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Big Stone County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 2+ years on the tools preferred.
