Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Creek County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
