Vacancy available: stone mason (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stone mason in Harrison County, Ohio. You will be based in a stone processing yard. Requirements: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Six days a week, one day off. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
