Cook — Logan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Logan County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
