Argon welding operator • Ikeduru, Imo State

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Ikeduru, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
