Deboner — New Madrid County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in New Madrid County, Missouri. Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
