Line cook — Carroll County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Carroll County, Iowa. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
