Floor screeder — Mbo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day to day you will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
