Sand plant operator — Ohafia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Ohafia, Abia State. The role involves: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor ₦9,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
