The role involves: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred.
