Stamping press operator wanted in Liverpool

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Liverpool, England. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On a typical shift you will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
