Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Del Norte County, California. You will be based at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day to day you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
