Powder coater wanted in Mitchell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Mitchell County, North Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
