Vacancy available: articulated lorry driver (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Garza County, Texas. The role involves: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid digital tachograph card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
