The role involves record output and downtime on the production sheet; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
