Bench joiner — Aberdeen City

Join our team: we are hiring a bench joiner in Aberdeen City, Scotland. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On a typical shift you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,350 per month, based on your experience.
