Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred.
