UPVC window fabricator — Pacific County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Pacific County, Washington. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Full-time with occasional weekends.
