Backhoe loader operator — Jaba

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Jaba, Kaduna State. You will be based at a road-building project. Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
