Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
