Brickwork mason — Wayne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Wayne County, Michigan. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
