Join our team: we are hiring a lorry driver in Windsor County, Vermont. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. Your main tasks: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
