Fine-dining server — Clay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Clay County, Georgia. You will work at a beach resort. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
