Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The role involves spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Full-time, day shift.
