Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Scott County, Missouri. You will be based on a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
