JCB operator • Forest County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Forest County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
