Kitchen steward — Oglethorpe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
