Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
