Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Newton County, Missouri. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
